Learn Self Breast Examination

Stand in front of Mirror	Both hands above the head Botn breast lift together	Palpate with flat of hand in cyclic manner

Examine all areas of breast  and repeat on the other side also Never forget to examine armpit

What is to be noticed?

1) Both breasts & Nipples should go up together

2) Both the Nipples should face forwardly

3)Any kind of Skin change should not go unnoticed

4)Presence of any lump or localised difference in the breast texture should not go unnoticed

5)Nipple discharge must be checked(except milk during lactation)

6)Never forget to examine armpit

Do it once in a month.

If you notice any change ------ must visit a surgeon
